*NB: Spend more than $30 on sets of the requested Custom Cutters & at our discretion Design fee may be waived.

1. Design Phase (Minimum 1 Hour):

   • During the design phase, I work closely with you to understand your specific requirements and artistic preferences. This collaborative process ensures that the resulting cutter aligns perfectly with your creative vision.
   • The minimum design time is one hour, ensuring that even the simplest designs receive the attention they deserve.

2. Printing Phase (Minimum 1 Hour):

   • Once the design is finalized and approved, the 3D printing process begins. The minimum printing time is one hour, covering the setup, calibration, and printing of your custom cutter. This ensures precision and accuracy in translating the digital design into a tangible tool.

3. Curing & Processing Time:

   • Following the printing phase, your custom polymer clay cutter undergoes a meticulous curing process to enhance its durability and strength. This step is crucial to ensure that the cutter withstands repeated use and maintains its shape over time.
   • Additional processing time, including post-printing cleanup and quality checks, is included to guarantee that the final product meets the highest standards.

Important Note: It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the design concept provided for custom cutter creation is not copyrighted or trademarked by a third party. We do not assume any responsibility for copyright infringement related to the design provided by the client. By availing of our services, you acknowledge and agree to take full responsibility for the originality and legal compliance of the design.
