Shipping Processing Time

We know you're excited to get your new Goodies! We process orders within 5 business days to get your order to you as quickly as possible but bare in mind Cutters & some tools are printed to order, and processing & print queue can take up to 5 business days

We send all orders via New Zealand Post. Most of our customers receive their orders within 3-5 business days in New Zealand 

The Fine Print!
All postage includes tracking. Overseas is partly tracked.
We do everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Ultimately once the parcel leaves our care it is the responsibility of the courier agent to ensure the safe delivery of your order. However we will do our best to make sure it arrives from our end too. Please be patient & understanding as we work through this frustrating time.
