The Waitā – Paua Matariki Cutter is inspired by the Matariki star Waitā, traditionally connected to the ocean and the many forms of life within it. Featuring flowing koru-inspired movement and paua shell influences, this cutter creates elegant polymer clay pieces with a strong coastal and cultural aesthetic.
Designed with layered flowing detail inside a smooth oval silhouette, the Waitā cutter produces lightweight statement pieces with clean cut-out definition and balanced structure. The curved forms and wave-like elements pair beautifully with metallic finishes, paua-inspired colours, mica powders, and textured clay surfaces.
